TMW Cloud

Cloud storage

S3 object storage on TMW Cloud. Metered by stored GiB for each hour. Ingress and egress traffic is included.

S3 object storage

Objects in buckets, addressed by key. Use an S3-compatible client against the endpoint in the panel.

GiB-hour metering

Billed per stored GiB per hour. 100 GiB for 31 days is 2.50 EUR.

Free ingress and egress

Inbound and outbound traffic is included. You pay for stored GiB, not for transfers.

How it works

Buckets and objects

S3 stores unstructured data as objects in a bucket. Each object has a key, the data, and metadata. That is the same model AWS CLI, rclone, s3cmd and other S3 clients already speak.

Order in the panel

Storage is ordered and managed in the same TMW Cloud panel as Cloud Machines, with its own billing.

Pay for stored capacity

The meter is stored GiB × hours. Size can grow or shrink; each hour is billed at the capacity you keep.

Typical uses

Backups

Dump databases, VM snapshots and file-level backups into a bucket from existing S3-capable backup tools.

Application objects

User uploads, build artifacts, logs and static assets that do not belong on a Cloud Machine disk.

Custom images

Cloud Machine custom images stored as objects. They use the same GiB-hour rate as the rest of the bucket.
